Basic Wyrrime Anatomy Sheet.

Description

It was requested that I get a sheet up to help with Wyrrime anatomy.

So I did some basic stuff to see if that would help. <3
Plus, this should give you a basic idea on how your Wyrrime works.

Now to Discuss:

Figure 1:

-Growth Stage One, The Grub-

From birth, to about 2 months of age, a Grub will typically look like this.

While comparing to the other figures, it might seem like Wyrrime's grow joints, this however is not the case. The joints are just not very prominent at this time in their life. So Are going to be ignored until they can be seen with the naked eye.

Shoulders are not visable, and the legs look like they connect right to the body, Imagine a Wyrrime Grub as a piglet or a goat.

They have an excess of fat to keep them warm during the nights, plus it's needed for the rapid growth they will be going through at the next stage of life.

They are rather rounded at this age, and don't have much of a neck to speak of, which pretty much looks like it connects right to the chest or where the shoulders should be.

Figure 2:

-Growth Stage 2, The Fawn-

At around 2-3 months your Grub will start to grow and obviously change body shape rather quickly over a drawn out period of time, moving from a Grub into a Fawn and onto an Adult Wyrrime. It is the longest stage of growth. During this stage your Fawn will be going through some major body changes, so this stage as usually refered to as the Wyrrime's 'Akward stage' (Fawns start to look more mature and less awkard at around 6 months, but continue to grow.)

They don't exactly look right in anatomy, their necks sink down closer to their chest and their legs seem to sit higher up on their body. As they lose more and more body fat, certain joints become more visable, and their necks and chests take on a more Triangular form.

They are becoming more 'boxy' so to speak, and seem to take on a dog-like anatomy at a glance.

Figure 3:

-Final Growth Stage, The Doe or Buck-

First off, lemme point out that there is no obvious difference between a Male and a Female Wyrrime. The only things that need to know the difference between genders is Wyrrime's themselves, and they can tell by smell.

So Yus, there are no visable genitals. Yadaydada :P

So, your Wyrrime has been growing for about 10 months now, and since the Wyrrime only lives 5-9 years, your Doe or Buck is fully matured now, so growth slows or stops completely.

All baby fat is gone and muscle has formed mostly on their necks, shoulders, and Thighs. They've taken on anatomy close to a Greyhound, and their chests stick out rather far now.

Joints are now very visable, shoulders look like they connect to the back, and the second joint on the leg shows up better.

Despite how frail they look, they are tough on the inside and in the way they are shaped.

Now it's not shown here because of the stance, but Wyrrime are also very flexible, Their ribcage can collapse slightly at will, and they can bend in odd angles.

So first and foremost, there's not really a WRONG way to draw them with that in mind.

But they still do have a set basic shape, and hopefully that helps you guys with this! <3

Thanks for looking!
